Validation Experiments & Hypotheses
Hypothesis #1: Problem Existence 🔴 Critical
We believe that operations and HR leaders at companies with 100-1,000 employees will seek a tool to calculate and optimize meeting costs if they understand the financial impact of meetings on their organization. We will know this is true when we see 60%+ of surveyed leaders confirm meeting cost transparency as a top-3 pain point AND 5%+ landing page signup rate.
Hypothesis #2: Solution Interest 🔴 Critical
We believe that the same leaders will use MeetingMeter for meeting cost analysis and optimization if it provides actionable insights and suggestions for improvement. We will know this is true when we see 70%+ of prototype users rate the output as "useful" or "very useful" and 50%+ express willingness to pay for the service.
Hypothesis #3: Pricing Tolerance 🟡 High
We believe that these leaders will pay $4-$12 per user/month for MeetingMeter if it delivers significant productivity gains and cost savings. We will know this is true when we see 50%+ of surveyed users willing to pay the target price and 10+ pre-orders at that price point.
