Validation Experiments & Hypotheses
Hypothesis #1: Problem Awareness 🔴 Critical
We believe that patients with chronic conditions will actively seek out and use a platform to find and understand clinical trials relevant to their health conditions if they are aware of such a platform's existence and benefits.
We will know this is true when we see at least 60% of surveyed patients express interest in using the platform and 20% of them sign up for a waitlist.
Hypothesis #2: Solution Adoption 🔴 Critical
We believe that patients who try the Clinical Trial Navigator will find it useful and user-friendly, leading to a satisfaction rate of at least 80% and a retention rate of 50% after the first month.
We will know this is true when we see user feedback and retention metrics meet these targets.
Hypothesis #3: Pricing Tolerance 🟡 High
We believe that patients will be willing to pay a premium subscription fee for enhanced features and priority support, with at least 20% of users converting to premium within the first six months.
We will know this is true when we see conversion rates and revenue meet these projections.
